Isn't Kyle the cutest octopus you have ever seen? He even had a little swagger of a walk so that the tentacles swayed a bit. He definitely knew that he was the center of attention! He did a good job of holding his Elmo bucket due to the fact that it held all the goods that he didn't want taken away! (A special thank you to Val Nikolaus for the "super cute" costumes!)

And he's off!! Too scared of who would open the door! Stranger Danger! He even left Elmo behind! No worries though, he was comforted by his lollipops!
