Father's Day 2009

I love my Daddy! We are buds! He is the best! My Mommy and I thank God for him every day!

Yep, I'm still sportin' the Donuts for Dads hat!

Father's Day shave!

Thank you Lord for making Team Schultz!

Donuts for Dads

Now it's my Daddy's turn to eat with me!

Mommy's handsome boys!

My Daddy proudly showing his Father's Day gift!

Me, my Daddy, and my friend Joshua!

Kyle is double fisting it!

Time for a good book!

Muffins for Moms

My Mommy got to get away from work to hang out with me at school. We had a Muffins for Moms breakfast right before Mother's Day! I ate most of her muffin and 2 of my own mini-muffins.

Cutie Pics Worth Sharing!

We live for this smile!

What a handsome almost 2 year old!

Aww Mom, more pictures?!

That look...I learned from my Mommy! :)

Just a boy and his truck!

Baking Cookies with My Mommy!

I was craving some cookies and started getting everything out. Next thing I knew, I had a helper. The chair was moved over and he was ready to help. How could I say, "No" to that face?!

Real men bake with their loveys nearby!

And I'm off! I'll meet you back in the kitchen when the cookies are done!

1st Boat Trip!

Kyle loves to be in the boat in the garage, but he's not so sure about it when you put it in the water. He never cried, but he had a permanent scowl on his face. He wasn't happy about the life-jacket or the heat, but he loved the company!

Daddy waited for this day for a long time. I'm not sure that I'm as excited as he is!

Havin' fun with my Gamma and Poppa!

Snackin' with my "My Mike" as Kyle lovingly refers to his Uncle Mike.

Here is Kyle's 20 minute nap of the day. He slept like a rock that night!

More and More Like My Tata

Not a day goes by that I don't think about my Dad. I miss him so much! It hurts me to know that he isn't here with me and my little boy. Kyle loves his Tata and I know that that feeling is mutual. I'm so glad that Kyle is so smart and can still recognize his Tata in pictures. As painful as that is sometimes, I am so grateful for that. My Dad shines through Kyle all the time. I can hear it in Kyle's laugh and I see it in his smile and some mannerisms. I can also see it in Kyle's body shape. He has a long torso, short little legs, and a pot belly...just like Tata Tony. Kyle is my constant reminder that my Dad lives on!

This was brought about because the shirt Kyle is wearing reminds me of something that my Dad would wear. If it were up to me, he'd wear this shirt every day!

Being silly while eating his grapes! Tata Tony got Kyle into loving fruit!

Kyle's favs... grapes and his lovey!

As Tata Tony would say, "Cut it out now!"

Kyle's Favorite Movie is...

Disney's Cars! I lost count of how many times we've had to watch that movie. It's a cute movie, but for the love, I don't know if I can watch it again. I guess I shouldn't complain, it's not Barney! It's funny because he doesn't watch the whole thing, but he definitely has his favorite parts that he listens for and then watches.

Steppin' in Someone Else's Shoes!

Kyle loves wearing other people's (usually his Mom and Dad's) shoes! He gets this grin on his face every time!

Conversations with Mom!

Pictures of Kyle and I having a little chat... most likely about his naughty behavior!

"So you see Mom, it really wasn't my fault!"

"Would you believe it was really Marty's fault?!"

"Just kidding, it was me!"

One Cute Little Man!

Love this shirt! Check out the shoes too! How cute is that?!

I'm just enjoying the irrigation and the new "Cars" boots that Nana Fucy bought me!

Mom...can't a kid just relax in their boots without all the pictures?!

Priceless!

True Love!

I just love these pictures. Kyle truly loves his Uncle Jon-Jon! There is no doubt about it, these two are buds for life!

Wow...How Time Flies!

It's crazy how quickly time passes. I apologize to all of those Kyle fans out there for not posting in forever. Our little baby is growing up! I swear every time I look at him he looks different, more grown up! His jeans are getting to be too short in length and we even had to bump up another shoe size. He loves his new shoes! He has a fit when he has to take them off. He likes that they light up and could care less about them being Wall-e shoes. He brushes his teeth (with the help of Daddy) twice a day. Mommy isn't allowed to rock him to sleep anymore. He sits on the potty often at home and at school- no tinkles in it yet. He likes to flush the toilet afterward. He is pretty particular about the food he wants to eat. He still plays hard all of the time. He still loves to read and play sports. His big treat now is going on the boat. He loves being in it. Right when we get home, it's "Daddy boat!" He communicates very well and according to the assessment given at his school, he is right on target developmentally. He's a smart kid! We are blessed!

This picture perfectly explains Kyle!

My beautiful babies! Kyle just LOVES Allie! He lights up every time he sees her. Allie does the same!

Happy 87th Birthday Nana Ophie!

My Nana Ophie is the best!

Disturbing, but funny! This is Kyle imitating his Nana Fucy taking her insulin shot. He did this at school with plastic asparagus!

My handsome Lovebug!

Cheese! That smile melts my heart!

Happy 92nd Birthday Grandpa Bill!

We have are having some lovey issues lately! He throws a fit if you take it away. That's a battle he never wins!

I know how to share! :)
